{"id":210,"date":"2025-06-11T12:16:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T12:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/analizesanocare.ro\/?post_type=product&#038;p=210"},"modified":"2025-08-08T13:57:46","modified_gmt":"2025-08-08T13:57:46","slug":"capacitatea-antioxidanta-totala","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/analizesanocare.ro\/en\/analiz\u0103\/capacitatea-antioxidanta-totala\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitatea antioxidant\u0103 total\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"info-content content-informatii-generale\">\n<h2><strong>Informa\u021bii generale: Capacitatea antioxidant\u0103 total\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u0103surarea <strong>capacit\u0103\u021bii antioxidante totale<\/strong> este recomandat\u0103 pentru evaluarea stresul oxidativ al unui organism, prin urm\u0103rirea reac\u021biei antioxidan\u021bilor din proba recoltat\u0103, la peroxidul de hidrogen (H2O2).<\/p>\n<p>Antioxidan\u021bii prezen\u021bi \u00een prob\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de cantitatea acestora, vor supune peroxidul de oxigen unei reac\u021bii chimice de \u201creducere\u201d, apoi \u00een func\u021bie de cantitatea neutralizat\u0103 se realizeaz\u0103 un scor cuantificabil al performan\u021bei acestora. Este un marker eficient a capacit\u0103\u021bii antioxidante a organismului dumneavoastr\u0103 fiind direct propor\u021bional cu capacitatea total\u0103 de a neutraliza radicalii liberi.<\/p>\n<p>Stresul oxidativ este implicat \u00een geneza \u0219i progresia unor numeroase boli, ca: ateroscleroza \u0219i consecin\u021bele ei directe \u2013 boala cardiovasculara, infarct de miocard, cancer, boli hematologice, afec\u021biuni hepatice, diabet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synevo.ro\/vitiligo-cauza-a-depigmentarii-pielii\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">vitiligo,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synevo.ro\/autismul\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">autism<\/a>, boli neuro-degenerative, precum maladia Parkinson, Alzheimer, oboseala cronic\u0103, dar \u0219i \u00een procesul de \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire precoce.<\/p>\n<p>Oxidan\u021bii, cum ar fi speciile reactive de oxigen (ROS) \u0219i speciile reactive de azot (RNS), pot genera radicali liberi, ce pot provoca daune oxidative severe lipidelor celulare, membranelor, proteinelor \u0219i ADN-ului. Antioxidan\u021bii pot elimina ace\u0219ti radicali liberi \u0219i pot preveni stresul oxidativ celular prin mecanisme enzimatice \u0219i non-enzimatice. Sistemele enzimatice care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca antioxidan\u021bi includ catalaza \u0219i peroxidaza.<\/p>\n<p>Tocoferolii, carotenii, vitamina A \u0219i ubichinolii func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca antioxidan\u021bi liposolubili; \u00een timp ce, glutationul \u0219i ascorbatul sunt unii dintre antioxidan\u021bii solubili \u00een ap\u0103. M\u0103surarea capacit\u0103\u021bii totale antioxidante non-enzimatice (TAC) a probelor biologice indic\u0103 capacitatea acestora de a contracara daunele induse de stresul oxidativ \u00een celule. TAC este folosit pentru a oferi informa\u021bii despre dezvoltarea \u0219i tratamentul tulbur\u0103rilor legate de stresul oxidativ.<\/p>\n<p>Stresul oxidativ este prevenit deci, de antioxidan\u021bi, care elimin\u0103 produ\u0219ii oxidan\u021bi atunci c\u00e2nd ace\u0219tia sunt produ\u0219i \u00een exces de diferite surse<sup>1<\/sup>. \u00cen organismal uman au fost identifica\u021bi antioxidan\u021bi enzimatici, cum ar fi superoxid dismutaza, catalaza \u0219i glutation peroxidaza, \u0219i mai mul\u021bi antioxidan\u021bi neenzimatici (proteine, vitamine \u0219i minerale)<sup>2<\/sup>, care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca agen\u021bi de eliminare a oxidan\u021bilor \u0219i cofactori ai antioxidan\u021bilor enzimatici<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Capacitatea antioxidant\u0103 total\u0103 este un test prin care se poate monitoriza statusul clinic \u00een cazul persoanelor ce sunt diagnosticate cu cancer<sup>4<\/sup>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synevo.ro\/diabetul-zaharat-maladie-frecventa-secolul-xxi\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">diabet<\/a><sup>5<\/sup>, fibroz\u0103 cistic\u0103<sup>6<\/sup>, fenilcetonurie<sup>7<\/sup> \u0219i hiperfenilalaninemie<sup>7<\/sup>, pacientii cu transplant<sup>8 <\/sup>(de ex pl\u0103m\u00e2ni).
